Tabla Rasa
Though the band started out the summer with their drummer's hand recovering from a lawn mower run-in, they're now back with a vengeance! Their heavy show schedule is a fine example of the popularity of their rootsy, well-crafted rock. These groove filled, yet thoughtful tunes will convert you into their ever growing following. Aberdeen
Powerpop quartet Aberdeen have been wowing local and regional audiences since their creation in 1994 with out of this world hooks and a high energy stage presence. Apparently the rest of the world is taking notice too; they've been selected for participation on no less than three compilations, one of which is a Japanese release. What's next for the band? A follow up to 1999's brilliant "See How You Are" and a slew of live shows are just the beginning... For more information, check out http://www.aberplanet.com/.

Post Orgasmic Trauma
Take a heavy dose of powerpop, add a touch glam, a little britpop, and a snippet of retro and you have Post Orgasmic Trauma. Though they've been warming up as an acoustic duo over the last several years, P.O.T. is now ready to make its official debut with the addition of drums and a crunchier, punkier electric sound. Beware: with a new release on their own Serious Vanity label and a couple of compilations in the works, this disorder might be hard to shake.
