The Skank: Ska kids and punk kids love it. The rest of us mock it. Essentially, this is the 80's rock 'em sock 'em robot dance combined with bad posture.

The Mosh: This touchy-feely love fest breaks out everwhere from Tool concerts to such hard-core rockers like Suzanne Vega and Soul Coughing. (I'm not kidding, I've seen both those performers stop shows to mock participants). Those of us that get our aggression out in more wholesome ways like kinky sex and Quake 2, eschew it.
